EA Sports ™ FC Invites Players To Put It All on The Line For The Club with New Campaign From Uncommon
EA SPORTS FC has unveiled a launch trailer featuring Jude Bellingham, cover star of both EA SPORTS FC 25 and EA SPORTS FC Mobile, alongside Ballon d’Or Féminin winner Aitana Bonmatí, and football icons David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Gianluigi Buffon, each demonstrating an unwavering commitment ‘For The Club’.
The hero film encapsulates the deep passions, sacrifices, and dedication of players and gamers around the world “For The Club.” From the stadium to the streets, and the dirt pitches and screens in between, the launch film showcases a tapestry of footballing talent.
With additional appearances from F1 World Champion Max Verstappen, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and music artists Dave and Tiakola, the latter of which is featured on the EA SPORTS FC 25 Soundtrack.
The campaign — created by Uncommon Creative Studio — celebrates the euphoria of victory, the lessons that come from defeat, and asks the age old question — what would you do for the club?
The film not only highlights the gameplay of FC 25 but also delves into the ecstasy, joy, anguish and emotional roller coaster that the game engenders. In amongst the action we witness Jude Bellingham getting ripped by his brother Jobe, Gianluigi Buffon getting in the mind of opponents, David Beckham putting life on hold to “lock in” to FC 25 and Zinedine Zidane giving a dreamscape rallying cry to a fan.
In addition to the main spot, EA SPORTS will roll out a series of talent shorts and thematic chapters, further exploring the essence of what it means to put it all on the line “For The Club.” These narratives will highlight the dedication and love that players bring to the game, resonating with fans at every level. The film was directed by Rollo Jackson through Somesuch.
Villiers, Sr. Director, Franchise Marketing EA SPORTS FC. “The first is, with the introduction of Rush and the overhaul of tactics in FC IQ, FC 25 is so much fun to play with your mates and this work really emphasizes the whole authentic range of emotions that arise from each match. The second reason is that rather than creating a one-size-fits-all piece of content, this body of work, with the various chapters and shorts we created, allows us to really delve into each moment related to FC and be more intentional and relevant as we roll it out.”
Showcasing gameplay of the all-new 5v5 Rush experience, the new campaign coincides with the global launch of EA SPORTS FC 25, now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
